2026 RDU Clay Ganesha 2026: Bulk Moorthis Making Activitiy for Community/Sub-Division

Hello Centers Lead,

Please Read the full Description ,just dont just rush to slots  Read Carefully, we have Opened 2 different Approaches for Leads and Devotees. Choose your Options!   

If your not sure what to choose ,You may also reach out to anyone in the community who has completed this task before, as we have a network of more than 250 community members in the area who took the moorthis in APEX area last 2 years.

Home Size 6 Inches Moorthis: Only at their Apartments / Sub-Divisions / Communities Center.

• Lead & Pledge to make at least 25 Moorthis.
• Takes about 2 Lbs Approx.for each

Ganesha Navarathis Moulds: Moulds are shared for only 24 hours Max from Sep 7th 2026 onwards . Pl have the backup plans, if the weather is wet at that time, as the Moorthis will not come out of the mould as their may not be dry enough. Your Buying the Clay at your own expenses  

• 15 Inches, 25 Lbs of clay approx.
• 23 Inches, 75 Lbs of clay approx.
• 31 Inches, 100 Lbs of clay approx.

 Volunteer to Make Home-Size Clay Moorthis (6 Inches):

• Pledge to make at least 100 Moorthis.
• Vounteer Hours are awared at our Discreation.
• Clay provided free of cost and Moulds are also provided on pre-determined days only.
• This helps to Distribute at Privileged Places or promotions of Concept.

Clay Only:

• Moulds Must Registered with us.
• We may request You for Limited Access to your moulds on emergency needs only.

Estimate Your Home Moulds and Clay Needs

Step 1: Count Your Moorthis: Determine how many Moorthis your Center will need.

Step 2: Calculate Total Clay (in lbs): Each Moorthi uses 2 lbs of clay.

Formula: Total Clay (lbs) = Number of Moorthis x 2

Step 3: Calculate Total Clay Cases: Each case contains 50 lbs of clay. We only provide full cases, so always round up.

Formula: Total Cases = Total Clay (lbs) / 50. Please Round up to the nearest whole number.

Booking Moulds: We have a limited number of moulds. Slots are based on availability and cannot be swapped later if full.Mould Booking Formula (Based on Moorthis Count):

• Less than 15: Collaborate with another Center
• 15 to 24: 1 Mould
• 25 to 49: 2 Moulds
• 50 to 99: 3 Moulds
• 100 to 149: 4 Moulds
• 150 to 200: 5 Moulds
• Above 200: Contact us directly

Mould Movements - Important To ensure smooth sharing of moulds between Centers:

• You will receive an email 1 day in advance with the FROM and TO Center locations.
• Coordinate directly with both Leads for handover.
• Routes are pre-optimized via third-party tools.
• Timely handover is critical - Military Time applies.
• If any Center deviates or delays the mould handovers without email agreement from both Leads, they will be blacklisted.

Final Checklist for Center Leads

• Estimate your total Moorthis.
• Calculate total Clay (lbs) and Cases.
• You are buying the Clay at your expenses based on Cash Only
• Its at your will to particapate for Group Clay purchase or not.
• In Group Clay Purchase , we give 2 business days  to pick up or else it would release to others as we dont want to hold for you the stock.
• Determine Moulds Required using the formula.
• Double-check your Address, Phone Number, and Email.
• If we cannot reach you, your request will be canceled without notice.
• No Returns and You must load the Clay Cases by your own Help, Pl ask store Manager where to load as its heavy 50 LBs Case
• Our Pricing Per Case = Base Case Cost of Clay from Manufactures  + Shipping To Cumming Store + Handling Charges + Applicable Taxes. Cash Only
• Group Pickup::  TBD.
